Frequently asked questions

Does Contrax publish an SLA?

Enterprise includes a 99.9% monthly availability target, a public status page, synthetic probes, and automatic Stripe service credits when recorded unplanned downtime exceeds the allowance. See /licensing.

A five-minute Inngest probe hits /api/health and opens or closes probe incidents. Heartbeat gaps (when the app could not run the probe) count as downtime. Operators can still record incidents. Availability is 1 minus unplanned downtime in the current UTC month.
